Bob Bestvina, Principal Consultant
Bob Bestvina began consulting with The Thomas Group in early 2000. After
learning the consulting trade, he left The Thomas Group to launch what
has become Execution Catalysts. Prior to consulting, Bob spent over 20
years in banking, transportation and healthcare. His experience includes
significant leadership roles at Federal Express, Caremark, and Merck. As
a consultant, Bob has helped numerous executives with challenges ranging
from improving a business unit’s profitability to managing the
implementation of software solutions.
Rick Ford, Consultant
Rick Ford brings over 25 years of
diversified revenue cycle, finance and customer support experience to
Execution Catalysts. Rick’s background includes leadership roles at
Transamerica Insurance, Caremark and Maxim Pharmaceuticals. Rick’s
marquee accomplishment as a consultant was the design and start-up of a
reimbursement operation to support a new division of a leading insurance
company. Rick’s extensive background allows him to address just about
any revenue cycle challenge.
Tom Rocheleau, Consultant
Tom Rocheleau has over 25 years experience
in designing, building and implementing automated systems for the
automotive and pharmaceutical industries. Tom’s background includes
significant engineering roles at General Motors, Baxter and Caremark.
For most of the past ten years, Tom has been the primary automation
consultant for Caremark’s high volume pharmacy operations. Tom’s
extensive experience allows him to manage just about any facility or
automation challenge that an executive may have.
Mike Lanier, Consultant
Mike Lanier is a highly skilled consultant
with over 25 years experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),
Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
systems. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mike held significant
leadership positions at The Red Cross, Deere and Company, and Verbatim.
Mike has led numerous multi-million dollar custom ERP, SCM and CRM
solutions that have helped clients to achieve state-of-the-art status in
their manufacturing, distribution and customer service operations.
Tom Lemanski, Consultant
Tom Lemanski has over 25 years diversified
sales and marketing experience. After honing his skills as an owner and
officer in manufacturing, Tom led a successful turnaround of a consumer
product marketing company where, as President, he doubled revenues by
rebuilding the product lines and sales force. As a consultant, Tom has
assisted executives with numerous challenges in sales, marketing,
strategic planning, change leadership and talent assessment. Tom also
provides executive coaching having worked with executives in over 30
different industries.
